We're a small team — managers, leasing agents, and one very patient bookkeeper — placing residents into well-kept homes from Tesuque to Taos. Independently held since 2013.
Camino Property Co. started in 2013 with a single adobe duplex on Camino del Monte Sol and a notebook full of resident requests. The work was simple: keep the houses dry, the boilers running, and the rent on time. Eleven years later, the notebook is a database — but the work hasn't really changed.
We grew because owners kept telling neighbors. Today we look after one hundred and eighty-four homes from Eldorado to Arroyo Seco, and we still know every roofline by sight. We turn down portfolios that don't fit. We answer the phone before the second ring. We disclose every fee in writing before anyone signs anything.
The desert teaches restraint — what to add, what to leave alone. We try to manage that way too.

We commit to triaging every maintenance ticket within four business hours.
Every listing is professionally cleaned and inspected. Photographed, measured, documented.
We're not after one-year flips. We pick residents and projects who'll be around in 2032.
Plumbers, roofers, swamp-cooler techs — we work with people you'd recognize at the co-op.
No franchise, no national P&L. Decisions get made by people who answer the phone.
